I am 11 months old today

I am 11 months old today and I won't stay still (which is why I have a black eye...i fell yesterday)

Beach in Miami

While in Miami, we also went to the beach. I had a great time as long as no sand touched me or the pretzel I was eating.




I like walking with Daddy because i was far away from the sand.We asked Daddy to take a picture of Mommy and I, and this is what he came up with...maybe that is why he is not the photographer of the family
I went it the beach with the Super twins and Tia Claudia. They looked quite adorable in their swimwear

Swimming at the pool

While in Miami, I went swimming at the pool for the first time. We got to go to mom's old hangout....Winston Park Clubhouse. She lived at this pool when she was 12-14 years old. Her and her friends were sooo cool.

We started out at the pool steps on the first day. we didn't have our swimsuits so we just played there for about 15 minutes


We went back a few days later, with the proper attire. I started out in the Baby pool to ease my way into it



I loved it!

After swimming in the baby pool, I played with the grass with gram. There was lots of interesting stuff at Winston Park Clubhouse!

Several days later, we went back to the pool. I got to swim in the big pool with my cousins. Notice Sofia and I have matching swimsuits. We are so cute
My mom keeps saying that she is going to sign me up for swimming lessons, but it hasn't happened yet. Hopefully it will soon!

AGU in Fort Lauderdale

The reason we went to Florida, other than my baptism, was because my mom was giving a presentation at the AGU (American Geophysical Union) Spring Meeting. I was her guest and I got my own name tag.
I was ready to answer questions if anyone should ask
Sofia and Lucas found the poster topic to be very boring and decided to take naps.
I was exhausted after answering questions so I napped as well.

Swinging in Miami

My mom is finally going to start the Miami entries. We were there almost a month ago . She is soo slow!

When I was in Miami, I had lots of time to swing around with my cousins.

They are so lucky, not only do they have a swing in their backyard: But they had a park with swings real near by. Here I am swinging and playing with primo sebastian. I love him a lot.

Baptism

Hi everyone. I am back from Miami. There are many blog updates to come, but I will start here and move forward.

I was baptized on Monday (Memorial Day) by Bishop Noonan. My cousins Lucas and Sofia were also baptized. It was a small, intimate baptism which was nice. Gran made my christening gown, bonnet and blanket. I looked very cute. I screamed when the holy water touched me. Should my parents be afraid? Lucas smiled....what a kiss-a**
